Kelly Berton Rocco, Esq.

The firm's founding member, Kelly Berton Rocco was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1988. She earned her J.D. cum laude from Pace University in 1988 and her B.A. from William Paterson College of New Jersey in 1984. She was awarded a Merit Scholarship from Pace University for 1985-1987. In 1986, Kelly received the Joseph and Minnie Greenspan Criminal Law Award.
Kelly's practice is devoted to family law with a special focus on domestic violence, divorce, and civil union dissolution. She has handled a wide variety of cases over the course of the past 23 years and Served as an Alternate Prosecutor in Bergenfield and Moonachie. Her previous legal experience includes practicing at Tompkins, McGuire & Wachenfeld and Fischer, Kagan & Zarestsky.

She was an instructor for the Skills and Methods Course, a spring 2006 seminar on family law practices. Kelly has been a panel instructor for volunteer training on legal issues at Shelter our Sisters since 2006. She has been a volunteer attorney for the Domestic Violence Legal Advocacy Project Alternatives to Domestic Violence since 1999. and also volunteers for the Women's Rights Center.

Faudia A. Hameed, Esq.
Of Counsel

Faudia A. Hameed is Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Kelly Berton Rocco. She is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. She received her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in Newark and her B.S. in Biology from Cook College, Rutgers University.
Faudia was the recipient the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Garden State Scholar Merit Scholarship during her attendance at Rutgers School of Law in Newark and Cook College, respectively. While attending Rutgers Law School, Faudia was a student attorney in the Rutgers community law clinic, a law clerk in the Office of Technology Development at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Edward V. Torack, J.S.C. (ret.), in Bergen County Superior Court.
After earning her J.D., Faudia was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Ellen L. Koblitz, P.J.F.P., Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Bergen County Superior Court. She was an associate at Damiano Law Offices before joining our office.
Faudia is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, American Bar Association (Family Law and Trial Practice sections); NJ State Bar Association; Women Lawyers in Bergen; NY State Bar Association, and NY County Lawyers’ Association. She participates in the Inns of Court program in Bergen County.
In addition to her legal experience, Faudia has over eight years corporate experience as a business analyst with AT&T Wireless and CIngular Wireless.

Cheryl Grochowski

Cheryl, our firm's paralegal, is responsible for the initial preparation of Case Information Statements with our family law clients. She helps our clients navigate through difficult paperwork and works with them to prepare answers to interrogatories. She also provides assistance with other discovery issues.
Cheryl works with real estate clients by phone and email when you need help buying or selling your home. She works closely with clients, realtors, title companies, and mortgage lenders to create a seamless transaction. She ensures you receive all the necessary information during your real estate transaction and handles all your concerns as a top priority.
